All the HGOs, who have completed their booking, are directed to submit following documents (along with one set of photocopy) for issuance of Recognition letter for Hajj 2010 and Passport with multiple visa:-
i. Certificate (in original) from concerned Branch Manager that the company has submitted all of its forms (as per allocated quota) with the Bank and the same have been delivered to Hajj Cell of the Ministry;
ii. Documents (duly attested by Bank Manager) of transfer of compulsory Hajj dues to Collection Account of the Ministry;
iii. Copy of draft (duly attested by Bank Manager) of Cash guarantee/Hujjaj Compensation Fund;
iv. Copy of draft (duly attested by Bank Manager) of Airfare deposited with Bank or receipt of Airline in case air fare deposited with Airline;
v. Summary form alongwith its all annexure mentioned in it i.e. list of Hujjaj booked (online), package details, copy of agreement etc.
