Submission of Hajj Application Forms under Government Hajj Scheme will commence from 27-04-15 to 08-05-15. Ministry has designated following banks for collection of Hajj Applications Under Government Hajj Scheme for Hajj 2015:-
Habib Bank Limited, United Bank Limited, National Bank of Pakistan, Muslim Commercial Bank Ltd, Allied Bank of Pakistan, Zarai Taraqiati Bank Ltd, Bank of Punjab, Meezan Bank, Bank Al-Falah and Habib Metropolitan Bank Ltd.
Hajj Dues for North Region (Islamabad, Peshawar, Lahore, Multan, Sialkot, Faisalabad and R. Y. Khan) for Adult is Rs. 264,971 and Infant (born after 09-11-2013) is Rs. 11,460. Hajj Dues for South Region (Karachi, Quetta and Sukkur) for Adult is Rs. 255,971 and Infant (born after 09-11-2013) is Rs. 10,560. If Hajj Applicant wants to opt for Qurbani through Government arrangements then additional Amount of Rs. 14,210 will be added in the Hajj Dues.
Hajj Application Forms are available in all the above designated bank / branches, the bank staff will facilitate in filling of Hajj Application Forms. Instructions to fill up Hajj Application Form.
All the intending Applicants are requested to apply in Groups, however, individual can also apply. In both the cases, Group Leader Information Form is mandatory to be filled up and branch will enter this Form online. The Group Leader / Individual Applicant should get the Computerized Print Out from the branch to ensure that their registration is made for Ballot.
